 Angry Impossibile eliminare file

Mio fratello ha installato un programma, che dopo la disinstallazione ha lasciato una cartella nel menu' avvio.
Ad ogni tentativo di eliminarla ricevo il messaggio:

Impossibile eliminare File: Impossibile leggere dal file o dal disco di origine.

che vuol dire?
Ho gia' provato a fare uno scandisk pensando a qualche file dannegggiato e a rimuovere tutte(spero) le schifezze che quel programma si era lasciato nel registro ma inutilmente...

Suggerimenti?

Allora... a me è capitata una cosa simile con un paio di files in seguito a un ripristino di configurazione di sistema. Nemmeno l'account del system administrator riusciva a rimuovere quei files.
Poi mi è venuto in mente che erano stati creati usando un account utente, così ho chiuso la sessione admin, ho aperto la sessione utente e ho cancellato i files senza alcun tipo di problema.
Ergo, se hai più di un account utente sul tuo sistema prova a cancellare la cartella da tutti gli utenti.

Avevo fatto cmq un tot di altre prove per eliminare quei files, ma non c'è stato niente da fare in altro modo.

a me è capitato qualcosa di simile con grossi file..non riuscivo a cancellarli "file in esecuzione" anche se avevo appena riavviato

poi ho trovato killit funziona abbastanza bene
