se trovi "appello scritto" è per l'iscrizione all'esame scritto
se c'è "verbalizzazione" è per verbalizzare l'esame

mi pare chiaro...

regola generale per esami.
Le iscrizioni si chiudono 7 giorni prima dell'appello, quando si sa il n° degli iscritti si può prenotare l'aula... pertanto le iscrizioni si chiudono il 14 (venerdì) Lunedì 17 si prenoterà l'aula...
