si tutti i gestori possono cambiare le loro tariffe bastano che avvisano gli utenti 30 giorni prima..

è sbagliatissimo il principio.. specialmente se viene fatto per recuperare gli introiti persi delle ricariche in maniera così sfacciata.

Secondo me la tariffa migliore in assoluto non esiste. Dipende sempre da come usi tu il telefono. Se fai tante telefonate e brevi, poche e lunghe o solo tante o solo poche...
oppure...
se mandi pochi sms o tanti...

Ormai il panorama delle tariffe è praticamente sconfinato! Devi trovare quella che ti calza meglio! ;)
