E' noto che Illustrator purtroppo non gestisce + di una pagina alla volta.

Quindi salvando il ns. lavoro .ai come pdf direttamente in Illustrator, non avremo un intero manuale ma solo una pagina dello stesso

Per ogni tavola ci sarà un file PDF.

Il problema è come unire in un unico file tutti i singoli PDF delle tavole del manuale...

... la risposta è "Merge PDF"

ma tu hai frequentato il corso?
altrimenti devi dare l'esame per i non frequentanti, ovvero non devi realizzare il manuale di immagine coordinata, ma devi attrezzarti dei llibri della bibliografia del corso e studiare...

Se non vuoi usare Illustrator puoi usare corel draw,
o un altro programma di grafica vettoriale
