Secondo me non è altro che spam (qualcuno può confermare?), non ho mai richiesto nessun tipo di trattamento di bellezza (figuriamoci...), oltretutto l'ho ricevuta su una casella "secondaria".
Ho la sensazione che sia addirittura una truffa, sono andato al link segnalato e viene richiesto di scaricare un file .exe... sicuramente un dialer...
Certo che nn sanno più cosa inventarsi pur di prendere soldi!

Guardi negli header, ricavi l'ip del mittente, fai un whois (whois in consolle su linux, oppure www.samspade.org) e così ottieni l'indirizzo dell'abuse.

A quel punto gli inoltri la mail _completa_di_header_.
