dunque ho visto la definizione di common law e Civil Law...

l'Italia cos'è? Mi sembra Civil Law no?

giusto x avere conferma...

Inoltre non riesco a interpretare una slide nella Lezione 2 (sui dati xsonali) quando c'è la distinzione tra REGIME PRIVATO e REGIME PUBBLICO.
La slide cosa significa?

Che in caso di R.Priv. la persona deve presentare l'informativa all'interessato etc etc?
Idem x il R.Pub.

altra domanda.
Diritto sui generis: non capisco se tutela il contenuto della banca dati oppure tutela l'autore in mancanza di creatività, lo si tutela x il tempo xso.

Lo chiedo xè su un link avevo capito che si tutelava l'autore x il tempo perso... ma sulla slides sulle liste di discussione leggo "l'insieme dei contributi è tutelato dal diritto sui generis"
