ciao rigaz.
Nel programma del corso della prof Leo di diritto privato all'ultima voce si legge "Normativa sulla Privacy" e ho letto che anche alcune domande dell'esame dello scorso 29 gennaio vertevano sulla privacy ma...nelle dispense postate in Filez non c'è nulla riguardo alla privacy...qualcuno sa qualcosa???

anche io ho notato che manca tutta quella parte.. per cercare di sapere qualcosa al riguardo, io mi sono letta almeno i primi articoli del Decreto legislativo 30 giugno 2003 nr.196 - codice in materia di protezione dei dati personali.
Almeno le cose fondamentali ci dovrebbero essere..

L'unica cosa che tratta di privacy riguarda, nel capitolo sul Copyright, la pubblicazioni di immagini di personaggi noti col loro consenso, a meno che l'immagine in cui è ritratto il personaggio noto sia di interesse pubblico. Altro nelle dispense non c'è su questo tema...
