 Help risoluzione grafica PL

Ho un problema. Quando negli esercizi di risoluzione grafica di un problema di PL viene richiesto di riportare i valori di z e delle altre variabili in corrispondenza della soluzione ottima non capisco qual'è il procedimento da adottare.
Qualcuno sa darmi un aiuto? Grazie!
