"Ci si può riferire ai sistemi di business intelligence anche con il termine "sistemi per il supporto alle decisioni" (Decision support systems o DSS)" .. quindi vuole i DSS? i CRM?oppure altro? non avendo il libro non so cosa c'è scritto nel paragrafo corrispondente... se qualche anima pia lo sa, batta un colpo :)

Alla prima domanda io ti so rispondere:
"Gli esami di "Sistemi informativi I e II" si terranno il 7 giugno alle ore 15.30 in aula Beta, via Comelico." ;)

Per le altre due attendo anch'io! (forse quel foglietto di cui parli tu è quello di Granito in area "Filez"? però io gli ho dato un'occhiata e non so quanto serva...)

Per l'esame di SI2 del 7-6-2011 non ricordo precisamente le domande, ma so di cosa bisognava parlare:

1) Informazione direzionale --> Sistemi direzionali, caratteristiche, indici etc
2) Integrità e riservatezza: sicurezza metodi di accesso --> Sicurezza e metodi di accesso

Per l'esame di SI1 del 7/6/2011 le domande erano:

1) sistemi di contatto: modello tecnologico, applicativo e funzionale
2) L'importanza del CRM nelle aziende (non ricordo se fosse esattamente questo il testo, ma era questo il senso)

Scusate ma con "processi gestionali" cosa intende?
Parlare genericamente del modello funzionale nei sistemi informativi aziendali (cap1)?

Qualcuno sa se abbia mai chiesto specificatamente qualcosa riguardo la sales force automation? Perchè se chiede dei CRM si potrebbe parlare parecchio senza prendere in considerazione appunto la sales force automation...
