Apri in Acrobat il primo file, poi gli trascini su da una finestra di Explorer quelli che seguono e te li accoda automaticamente (ti chiede in che posizione vuoi inserirli).

Dipende da com'è stato stampato il documento.
Se le slide sono in oggetti separati (lo riconosci selezionandole con il 'TouchUp Object Tool'), ti basta spostarle al centro e poi fare un 'Crop Pages...' per eliminare i bordi.
Se sono su un unico oggetto diventa un un casino, ti conviene rifare tutto.

se devo stampare 8 dispense voglio avere solo 1 foglio

nel primo devo avere su fronte le pag 1 2 3 4
sul retro del primo le pag 5 6 7 8

in che senso devo stampare prima le dispari e poi le pari????

esattamente come intendi fare te.
Prima stampi le pagine dispari (1, 3, 5, 7, 9, ...) poi quando hai finito di stampare le dispari, prendi i fogli li rimetti nella stampante e stampi le pari (2, 4, 6, 8, ...) in questo modo ti trovi le su uno stesso fogli le pagine 1-2, 3-4, 5-6, 7-8, ...

Ti conviene magari fare prima una prova per cpire in che modo reinserire i fogli nella stampante.
