secondo me ognuno doveva (anche io non l'ho fatto) dire per cosa votava, così si capiva, e poi il fatto che il poll sia modificabile dai moderatori e il sondaggio sia su di loro...

:approved: Comunque (anche se le elezioni non si faranno) il sondaggio mi è sembrata una buona idea per capire un po' cosa ne pensano gli utenti e le diverse motivazioni.

Io ho votato no.
Secondo me va bene come è adesso per la scelta dei moderatori: chi vuole si propone; se c'è necessità lo staff seleziona chi ritiene più adatto. (con questo non dico che mi vanno sempre bene tutti gli interventi di moderazione, capita anche a me di vederne di discutibili o diversamente interpretabili).
Però gestire una community è molto complicato, i mod vanno sempre scelti con un minimo di criterio. Facendo scegliere agli utenti si finirebbe per prendere il più popolare [che al 90% non coincide con il più serio] (per non parlare dei voti dei vari fake, persone che voterebbero a caso, ecc.) o comunque persone che non è detto siano adatte.

Concludendo: imho la scelta deve rimanere allo staff, fermo restando la possibilità di proporsi e di fare report (su qualsiasi intervento) da parte degli utenti.
