 Question Cucina Straniera.

Quale tipo di cucina etnica preferite in assoluto? E qual'e' il vostro piatto preferito??

Alcune considerazioni:

Considero etnica anche la schifezza che mangiano gli americani, nonostante il loro tentativo di globalizzarla.

Ultimamente la cucina cinese e' un po' inflazionata.... :(

Ieri dalle mie parti ho visto un ristorante che cucina carne di canguro e vorrei proprio provarla...

Quando stavo a Milano, io e una mia amica andavamo un paio di volte al mese a mangiare presso ristoranti etnici.. Ho provato di tutto, giapponese, argentino, africano, brasiliano, indonesiano... Ognuno ha la sua caratteristica, mi sono cmq piaciuti tutti...
W le differenze culinarie! :)

Inoltre africana e' veramente troppo generica: magari intendi la cucina eritrea.

Ho avuto modo peraltro di assaggiare piatti iraniani ed eritrei fatti in casa, ed alcuni sono qualcosa di spaziale... incredibilmente la cucina iraniana, unica in tutto il medio oriente, fa pochissimo uso di piccante, mentre quella eritrea fa dei manicaretti ricercatissimi (e buonissimi! :slurp:) ... poi vabbe', io sono goloso... :D
