 Problema Creazione disco virtuale

Ho creato il disco virtuale in questo modo:

dd if=/dev/zero of=vuoto.raw bs=512 count=63000

Poi ho avviato qemu:

qemu -hda minix3.qcow -hdb vuoto.raw

QEMU si avvia, ma quando arriva al login:

"10.0.0.1 login: No space on root device 3/128"

Qualcuno puo darmi una mano?
