Non lo utilizzo, sono andato a vederlo appena adesso... però, da quello che ho capito (non ne sono sicuro), sembra che serva ad applicare degli script javascript alle web pages online, per modificarne il comportamento ed attuare quindi una sorta di "personalizzazione remota".
