 Question [WINDOWS 2K] sp3 o sp4?

Mi trovo a dover mettere per forza almeno il service pack 3...
Ora, sull'argomento non ne so molto, ma fino ad un po' di tempo fa sentivo dire che erano piu' i bug che portava di quelli che correggeva... e' vero?
Qual'e' il service pack piu' affidabile da mettere, il 3 o il 4?
