Se non sbaglio il prof aveva detto che questo succede perchè hai copiato il file che contiene l'immagine (penso si chiami cosi) di minix mentre era in esecuzione.

Quindi ti conviene prendere un'altra copia del file e il problema si dovrebbe risolvere.

il problema deriva dal fatto che stai utilizzando una versione di qemu == 0.9.1
prova a downgradare a una versione precedente, la 0.9.0 va benissimo, e dovrebbe andare tutto a posto.
