[Linguaggi&Trad.]Problemino con Jflex

con windowsXP
ho installato questo analizzatore lessicale per java, e l'ho settato così:

ma mi da questo errore:

code:c:\jflex\bin\jflex nomefil 
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: JFlex/Main

PS
ho anche prova a mettere JAVA_HOME=C:\j2sdk1.4.1_02 ma dice che è impossibile trovare il percorso

set JFLEX_HOME=C:\JFlex\bin

con

set JFLEX_HOME=C:\JFlex
