tra l'altro il realtore è un tizio in gamba e che sa fare il suo mestiere...se poi non sbaglio, dovrebbe esserci anche Silvano Coriano, uno dei responsabili (o qualcosa del genere) della Microsoft Accademiv Alliance (un cervellone anche lui)...
