 linguaggi regolari

Ragazzi sto avendo un pò di problemi con i linguaggi regolari, mi spiego meglio ho capito la teoria ma sto avendo problemi nella risoluzione degli esercizi ad esempio:

Si considerino le seguenti espressioni regolari:
R1: (ab)*+(ba)*
R2: aa*b*b+ba*ba*
Determinare L=S(R1) ∩ S(R2).
