Complessità e cammino critico Decoder

Ciao a tutti,
volevo chiedervi se qualcuno di voi per caso sa spiegarmi come calcolare il cammino critico e la complessità di un decoder a n entrate, in quanto su vari esempi del prof. Borghese non riesco a trovarmi con i calcoli.

Più che altro mi serve saperlo per poter calcolare, in seguito, il cammino critico e la complessità del multiplexer.
