Visto che di questo gruppo faccio parte anch'io, direi che comincio a proporre la mia...

Mi propongo per:

Servirebbe poi che gli altri due si occupino di fondamentalmente due cose:
1) Piccolo DB per la gestione dell'utente all'esterno del forum
2) Qualcuno che faccia i form che lega il DB alla GUI
3) Qualcuno che si occupi di adattare la grafica all'esterno del forum! (Passerò comunque i layouts!)

Se siete d'accordo fatemi sapere, e magari lunedì se ne parla!
