 Assistenza Apple

Bene bene, e così l'assistenza tecnica del lettore Mp3 più venduto al mondo è anche la peggiore che io abbia mai provato!!!!!

Ho mandato indietro il mio iPod a fine Marzo per tre problemi:
- muovendo il jack degli auricolari il lettore va in pausa;
- il lettore distorce utilizzando gli equalizzatori preset (problema di tutti gli iPod photo);
- ogni tanto accendendolo il lettore si reimposta mostrando il logo Apple.

Ebbene, oggi mi scrivono che "non hanno trovato nessun problema" e che me lo rimandano indietro così com'è!!

STEVE JOBS... MA VATTENE A FARE IN CULO!!!!

La Creative, per un problema alla radio (accessorio acquistato a parte) mi ha prima sostituito il Muvo2 da 4Gb con un nuovo modello da 5Gb e successivamente mi ha cambiato anche la radio con un esemplare nuovo.

Incredibile, non ho parole........

Veramente io l'ho preso perchè era l'unico lettore da 60Gb disponibile sul mercato (oltre allo Zen Xtra che è inutilizzabile), altrimenti sarei rimasto volentieri a Creative o Sony.
